We had to go back on two occasions to our GP for clarification regarding a medical condition but the advisers were very patient and helpful.The declaration process is as expected long but it is straightforward and dealt with very pleasantly. The adviser (John Doherty) was a pleasure to deal with and gave good advice regarding our needs and requirements. Overall a feeling of having been listened to and obtaining good cover.

Due to earlier flight departure I telephoned to enquire whether I could return a car before the opening time of the car hire firm and whether or not there was a key box. The customer service agents I spoke to were extremely courteous, patient and helpful and told me they would make enquiries and let me know. They were also helpful about shuttle bus locations and arrangements, timings, and traffic issues which might be encountered on the way back to the airport.

All very good in terms of time of delivery, courtesy of driver and goods themselves. It would have been helpful if I had realised that they were being delivered by a large lorry which could not access the drive and back of the house as I would have asked for a smaller vehicle. Perhaps I missed this in the ordering but I feel it would help if it could be given prominence on the order sheet.

When I called up, the chap I spoke to was extremely patient and helpful. He spent a great deal of time asking me precise questions about the fault and then detailed the various options. The replacement part arrived next day. Unfortunately it was not the correct part. However, when I phoned up, the new person I spoke to was again very helpful and the correct part arrived on the following day together with an SAE to return the first item. I have now fitted the part and so far the problem seems to have been resolved. I was very taken with the pleasant, helpful and efficient way in which the matter was dealt with and would have no hesitation in using the Shower Doctor again.
