Poor quality all round, serious lack of quality control and over 300 snags on a new build some that have still not been rectified. If you want years of painful liaising and lots of lost time then go ahead. Personally would avoid as life is too short!

Review of Halfords Retail
Ordered new bike online on a Saturday night. Got a call on Sunday morning to say they only had a display model left but I could collect after 4pm same day. Guessing the 5 hours would be them cleaning and preparing the bike! Not so, arrived to find a 15 minute queue followed by them bringing the bike out still covered in dust and marks, handle bar tape loose and no apology for condition. Finally no offer of a manual at all and when asked they couldn't find one so got given a generic non specific brand manual no use at all! Poor standards from start to finish!

You may as well talk to the wall! No help what so ever trying to track a lost parcel! We will respond within 24 to 48 hours they say ! Not! Contact again and they move the goal posts to another 24 hours then another 24 hours yawn yawn yawn! Then 7 days if it doesn't turn up you can try to claim! Only my 3rd parcel sent with them and my last for sure! It would be nice to be treated like a human being not read a load of pre printed excuses or fend offs! What did the end courier do with it??? It was logged in at the dispatch depot in Tyneside then onto the couriers van then disappeared ???? You can't speak to anyone at the office who will help or talk to you reasonably! Why run a company if you're not willing to be of any HELP!!!
