Received a coat with a broken zipper, tried to ask for refund but the email address is invalid! Fraudulent company! Coat is also terrible, as thin as a bin bag but advertised as warm and cosy! Also saw same item on Shien (cheaper there!) Do not buy from this company!
Friendly guys delivering and did manoeuvre massive box through my house with kindness. However communication wasn’t good- was emailed to say deliveries running an hour late. So I rearranged my family who were waiting in. Then I was called to say they’d be delivering in an hour- I asked my family to return. Family stayed for the hour but no delivery! Called the delivery guys- no answer. Family had to leave for appointments so I rushed out of work. Delivery came 50 mins after I returned. All the contradictory emails and calls are confusing and inaccurate

As a company great clothing, accurate delivery time. I bought a lovely dress, went to try it on and the mid stomach button flew off before it was even on me! Had to keep it as I’ve broken it, expensive mistake!

Unreliable and impossible to contact by phone. Very upset with the company. Waited ten days for my weekly prescription to be sent. Suffered terrible withdrawal symptoms as a result. Have now stopped my account.

I am sorry you have been unable to get through to us on the telephone recently, we have been experiencing higher than usual call volumes and do have a number of new starters in training at the moment and this should resolve the issue over the next few weeks.
We do usually ask you to order when you get down to your last 7 days worth of medication, the reason for this, is that it can take up to 48 hours for your GP to authorise your prescription, longer in some cases. Once the prescription is received electronically we send the medication by Royal Mail 48hour tracked service and if a weekend falls in between this can delay your medication.
When you placed you order with us on Sat 27th October, we dispatched this to you on 30th October and delivery should have been made within 48 hours.
I am sorry to hear you have decided to no longer continue with our service and do hope you will reconsider your decision in the future.
Really hard to exchange my shoes, the service costs more than scorpion shoes advertises and , with no printer, I'm struggling to get a returns label. Lovely shoes (just too small) and fast delivery from scorpion, very disappointing returns procedure.

Hello Banner Sorry to hear your concerns over the Collect+ service. The cost is as stated on our website/invoices. If you are unable to print a returns label then Royal Mail is the choice for most of our customers. I agree returning anything to anyone is inconvenient but we try and make it as painless as possible. As you did not give your full name I was unable to look into your order/return.
