I’m giving one star as there were no negative numbers to give
Advised of delivery on the 25th July, waited all day and they cancelled at 7 in the evening. Rebooked for the next Friday the 1st , waited all day and they cancelled again after 7 , rebooked for the following Wednesday the 6th , oven arrived with slight damage but can’t be bothered to send back , I’ve had numerous deliveries over the years but this been the worst ever

Delivery rescheduled a week later and then cancelled at 745 in the evening, arrowXl are absolutely appalling
