As good as it seems

Apprehensive at first particularly when the software took an age to download but I think that was due to my internet connection. Installed without problem and has been trouble free since.

Quick and Easy

Very simple to arrange, competitive price, only downside is that a 0800-1800 collection slot is not good. With GPS tracking etc it is surely easier to give a shorter window?

OK but customer service needs improvement

Site quite starightforward but fully expected to get email confirmation of booking - still not received after 2 hours, just as well I printed the booking reference.

Thanks for your comments. We were sorry to note you hadn't received your confirmation email.

We can confirm all confirmation emails are issued instantly after a booking is confirmed. Your email provider in particular however seems to send our confirmation emails directly to the spam folder.

Whilst an email was sent to you after your booking was made, we have resent it again today. If you still don't receive it please contact 0044 1473 717 322 to provide us with an alternative email address we can try sending to.
