Hotel excellent

Hotel excellent. Mid stay parking diabolical.
Madeira Airport diabolical...Jet2 had 8 flights bound for UK within a 60 minutes period leading to a 2 hours queue at passport and security .... unforgivable!!! I had intended having another Jet2 holiday this spring but no longer. Very very disappointed.very poor disorganisation

Drop in quality

Corduroy trousers were in fact needlecord but they'll do. Minicheck shorts are of a quality I do not associate with Brook Taverner

Yodel delivery

Yodel delivery; we have an enormous covered porch and the flowers were left outwith this cover and the cardboard box became sodden burst and distorted
