Would be helpful to include photos of the frame and brackets on the website to understand the flexibility of positioning the brackets.

I ordered some laces and they arrived within 48hours. Good service but the P&P charge was excessive. They could have been sent at letter rate. I can understand a fair charge for a large item but £2.95 for 2 pairs of shoe laces!

I contacted Laitglhwaites because a single bottle of wine in a case had gone off.
They immediately replaced it and added an extra bottle no questions asked.

I'm not a very confident DIY sort of chap and it was with some trepidation that I ordered a 8x12 Vitavia aluminium greenhouse. The delivery was prompt and coordinated to suit me by the company.
I was very relieved to find that the assembly instructions and diagrams were very clear, the product was superbly engineered and finished, and it all went together very simply with no glitches.
The crucial bit was getting the base exactly square and level, a fact emphasized by the company.
