You need to employ staff who are customer trained. I tried to pay a bill but was left on the call listening to a lad chatting with his colleagues. When I reminded him that I was on the call, he carried on chatting. He told me there was no manager for me to talk to and he could not find me on the data base therefore the waiting was a waste of time as I have still have not been able to pay the balance.

I contacted Auto glass on the day I received a crack in my windscreen via the internet.
They contacted me the next morning by phone and also by email. They were very friendly and helped me to describe the problem in detail. They were able to move my appointment to the next day which was brilliant.
The technician arrived within the allocated time and was really helpful. He dealt the crack in the windscreen really quickly and explained the procedure that he had carried out. He also explained the terms and conditions clearly.
The crack has now disappeared and I am really happy with the results.
