Love this company always use.
Always competitive prices.
Collect and usually deliver.
But this time at the French end they would not deliver to my house, said parcel was too heavy for their system so I had to go to the local depot, fortunately not too far away. Also they said I owed 9€---that has never happened before. No idea why ?

Ideal service, so easy.
Order items if you are going home, or to take on holiday when you are through customs so can take as much liquid as required.
Plus bonus can carry en board as air side purchases so as extra from baggage allowance.

Wonderful from start to finish every single person was kind, compassionate, informative and understanding.
Anything relating to the eyes make people wince--- but I cannot sing this clinic's praises high enough from the first class surgeon down to the ladies on reception and all the wonderful people in between !

I just do not understand how with such invasive eye surgery, (I had lens replacement)--- I FELT NOTHING.
Mr. Shortt and all the team from reception right the way
up were beyond fantastic at Guildford. I came back to the UK because a friend had the same surgery and highly recommended them
Even having to stay on my own in a hotel for a week was well worth it. I just cannot praise the whole team enough---simply wonderful---- Thank you.
The only draw back is I can see how many wrinkles I have !

Travelodge Guildford is unlike any other branch I have ever stayed in over the decades...total disgrace.
Two months before stay booked ten days room with microwave and fridge. Rang hotel, after three members of staff someone knew the mangers name ! Sent an E mail explaining room booked, would be recovering from surgery so no room service required, No reply ! Sent E mail after a week---reply. Two months after booking and payment arrived at hotel to be told "ooops sorry no room with fridge and microwave" I said I only booked for that type of room and showed confirmation ---met with no compassion at all --"May have room I requested the next day but could not guarantee it "
I stressed again I wanted the room I had booked---- No understanding or compassion what so ever. I admit I let myself down and lost my temper. The manager arrived, could not remember my E mail...does he have so many ? The positive news was I went to another hotel in Guildford, far classier, professional and the reviews will show that. So book a double room --heh you may arrive to have a single room---who knows ? What on earth does a confirmation mean when you are told the room booked, paid confirmed is not available ?
DISGRACE --- I will take to every site possible to show up this awful branch and of course will be taking it up with their own head office --shame on you Travelodge.
At the moment your TV ad against clamping is a better proposition than staying at this disgusting branch.

I live in France a lot, am hopeless with loosing/ breaking glasses, ring Spec Savers, they reserve a few pairs for me and I collect when back.

I live in France, come back to Uk every other month.
Because I am forever dropping, breaking my glasses I only buy cheaper frames and two or four at a time. Ring Specsavers at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol to order them then collect and have fitting when back in U.K. just collected two pairs and another two ordered for collection end of April. Brilliant service and the staff are always professional and informative..thank you.
