Good marketing. Bad poor service. Advertised with free 1st annual cloud subscription. That seems not to be true. Will be invoiced separately. Subscripbtion charged but ended ( Not be me) If any question, contact is almost not possible. Only via chat (No email) it is possible with some waiting hours and several droppes. Phone call back options is possible. Never received a phone call back.

Op 7 april een vodafone runner deals besteld, zou voorradig zijn. Na 3 dagen contact opgenomen via de chat. Helaas niet voorradig. Ander model met meer geheugen 3-5 dagen. Bestelling wijzigen kon niet wel annuleren en opnieuw bestellen. Dat gedaan. Helaas na ruim 7 weken en 3 sms dat de order vertraagd is nog geen toestel ontvangen. Contact via telefoon en chat levert helaas ook niets meer op.

Review of Ryanair
During the online check in procedure(which in mandatory in order to get your boarding ticket) , it was not possible to choose the option free seats. I have tried several times and several days . At last I choos the option allocate seat with extra cost which worked immediately (1st time) and extra 40 euros were charged. Support was given several days after I have contacted Raynair and already checked in with the only option available! I have made prinscreen to proof the system did not work, at this moment I am still waiting on answer to get refund of the extra cost.
Is it a system bug or are there more customers familiar with this issue?

Customers who do not wish to select and purchase an allocated seat, can check-in online between 7 days and 2 hours before each booked flight and will be randomly allocated a seat free of charge. I tried this during this period several times and several days. TO BAD it did NOT work
Review of Bravofly
Booked in December our tickets. During online incheck procedure from Ryanair. It was not possible to book with the details provided. Only checkin with extra cost was possible.
Also the email adress provided during booking was not use within the booking details but a provided email adress from bravofly (why?), which makes booking or support not easier.
I would NOT Book again via Bravofly. Online support via email NOT possible and by phone support 6,10 €/callby landline.
