Why only 4 and not the usual 5? Nothing to do with your excellent service and quality but the dreaded Brexit and Belgium customs import duty. On a £80 order with you I had to pay an additional £ 18 to the customs and delivery took about 12 days instead of the usual 4-5 days. No vat in the Uk but similar here in Belgium which is ok. Future looks bleak for more orders from me, until Scotland joins Europe as they wanted to.

Brexit, what a mess!
You're right an independent Scotland wil be back in the EU.
Delivery is sometimes delayed to Europe but this is down to few passenger jets flying and airmail has been affected because of this. Once Covid-19 restrictions ease, deliveries will be quicker.
You're right you did not pay VAT here but you do pay VAT when the package arrives in Belguim.

Issues with both CD player and streamer

Issues with both CD player and streamer either costly to resolve by Cyrus or claimed they did not exist, eg CD player very poor loading of cd compared to fort-less Linn player. Sound reproduction quite good

Always an excellent and helpful service. My only one incorrect shipment from them, and I have had quite a number, was very quickly resolved.

Good news and very bad news

The good news is that the parts catalogued were correct and arrived very quickly. The bad news is that NONE of my 4 mails requesting not listed additional part were answered, even to say we do not know. The on line conversation was useless-sorry we don't do technical- eventually they said use our email which was uselesss. Another white goods supplier found the additional part within half an hour and sent direct link to the part on their web site. The supplier had changed the parts name and number. So this other company did a great job

They were so good up to even a year ago, but now............

I only have the very large photo books in gloss finish from Albelli and the first 5-6 books were very good. Print was good, book was well made and the packaging prevented any damage to the large book (often over 100 pages) during transport.
In the last 6-8 months one book had to be redone 3 times due to their downgrade in packaging and consequent damage, one book arrived just ok, very minor damage but the latest one received last week, was not only badly damaged in the post due to the stupid design of the new downgraded packaging but had been printed far too light. Some of the photos were also in a previous book by them and they were perfect.

The time it took them to upgrade their software so you could use the new Apple Photos direct was ridiculously long.

The good side is that they always seem helpful and friendly and once I have sent photos of damage no issue on making a new book. They are well aware of the issues but seem very poorly managed to solve them in a timely manor.

So now I am considering other suppliers but will move reluctantly as am used to their software and original quality.

Fast service and at a very good price.

The power tool I ordered was not in stock so immediately received a mail back to say there would be a 2-3 day delay and I could cancel if I wanted. I did not cancel and from order to receipt was only 5 working days, and that was delivery to Belgium.
