I ordered the washing up liquid and the rinse aid and the performance is great, works just as well if not better than the well known brands. I will definitely be using Bower products from now on.

Review of Decathlon France
I purchased some items online from Decathlon, using a gift voucher as part payment (£20). Unfortunately a couple of the items were unsuitable and I needed to return them.
Upon returning the items, I have discovered that rather than refunding me my money, they have refunded me the voucher, which is useless to me as I have nothing else to purchase.
The total cost of goods was £53.97 and the item I kept was £34.99, therefore my £20 voucher could have been kept as payment towards the helmet by Decathlon. Instead they have refunded me the voucher and kept my money.
Their customer service team has pointed me towards this policy in their refund T&Cs, however it was hard to find and a policy such as this should have been displayed prominently at checkout so I could make an informed decision as to whether I wanted to enter the contract of sale.
If I had know about this policy, I never would have entered a contract of sale with Decathlon.
They have basically robbed me of my money. Awful company, what a terrible customer service policy!
Review of The North Face
Awful sizing and returns process.
I am a UK size 5, yet not even a North Face 6 fits me, a size 6.5 is too large but perfect in length. This really needs to be sorted out.
Add to that the terrible returns process. They seem to forget we are a paperless digital society, obsessed with GDPR, yet to return products you are required to have a printer to print the label. This is soooooo irritating, I don't have a printer, so i asked for a label to be sent, they sent the wrong one. Added to that the label generation didnt work on my Samsung galaxy S20FE (desktop was fine which meant switching to work computer before realising I can't print it anyway as it isn't a barcode that can be scanned to print a label at the returns location).
You can book a courier to collect tha package, but again need a printer to print the label. Also when you book the courier, there is no confirmation that it worked and also no way to cancel or rearrange, not even North Face themselves could cancel it when i rang them (because i didnt know i had to print the label when i booked the courier, which i also had no idea had been confirmed).
I would suggest avoiding this company until they sort their sizing and returns process out.
Review of PensionBee
Until now I've largely ignored what has been going on with my pensions, mainly because it's not been easy to see the pension performance and my pensions were with multiple providers. It's like they don't want you to see the performance or something, so that you don't bother to transfer it to another provider. I kept seeing adverts for PensionBee so decided to look into it, did a bit of research online and then signed up. I'm so glad I did, the process was seamless and I was updated every step of the way until my pensions were successfully transferred. PensionBee was able to find out the provider of one of my pensions that I had lost the details for and transfer it, I have no idea how I'd have done this otherwise. My pension has only been invested for a few weeks but it's already increased in value by nearly £800 on a £55000 investment, I'd like to think that's pretty good. I like being able to see the performance easily by using the app. PensionBee also automatically applies for a tax refund from HMRC for any additional contributions you make. Great experience so far and I'd highly recommend using them.
Update - since investing in September (it's now December) my pension has increased by 10.99% going from 56k to 62k!
Further update - my pensions have been invested a year and increased by 25%!!
Update 03/24 - I realised I could transfer an existing pension that my employer still pays into but leave an amount in that pension so that it doesn’t close. I requested to transfer in the app and then messaged the team on web chat to advise them not to request the full amount due to employer still paying into it. All went extremely smoothly and I am so glad to be away from Aegon who provide an absolutely horrendous and complicated pension experience via their website!
I’m so glad I found PensionBee as I am now much more clued up on pensions and achieving my goals for retirement.

Cushion cover is lovely and ordering and delivery was good. However the cushion insert is terrible quality, I don't even really use them as cushions, more for decoration but they've completely lost their shape and are all bunched up and lumpy.

Quick, easy and low cost to send and receive money from oversees. Never had an issue. I wouldn't even know how to go about sending money oversees with my current bank Natwest. Even if I did they would probably be charging me something ridiculous and giving me a bad exchange rate.

Quick efficient service, payment was received as soon as they received my item.
Review of Pet Supermarket
The free delivery option seems to be getting slower and slower each time I order (it's been 5 working days and my order is still in a 'received' state) Apart from that Pet Supermarket is brilliant!
