DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A TEN FOOT BARGE POLE

Wish I had checked this company out like usually do,but shame on me didn't this time .
I made an order on the 18th August
Thier website is a nightmare to navigate with pop ups coming at you from all sides.
You think you're ordering a product for one price you get charged another, I tried to cancel the order about 2 minutes after I got the email but like everyone else's reviews got told it had already been shipped.
Most of the Customer service assistants used the same script.
Was offered a 25% refund told them no I settled for a 50% discount just to end it as for PayPal what have they done to lodging a complaint.
trying to find the right terms to lodge a complaint was a nightmare and I'm still looking.

Very Very disappointed

Very Very disappointed.
Yet again your Driver never followed instructions he never rang doorbell or knocked I have a notice on the door saying to ring and give me time to get to the door. I was in at the time it when he just left package at back door .
Please get your drivers to follow instructions.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service cooker
dispatched the same day as ordered. Great communication, and Customer service.
Delivered the next day by very friendly and pleasant team from BJS Home Delivery who
unpacked it and removed all the packaging.

FANTASTIC SERVICE

Fantastic service the delivery team were very pleasant, friendly and helpful delivered the cooker to my kitchen unpacked it and removed all the packaging.

They Never follow instructions

Since my local depot hired new drivers none of them follow my instructions 😑..and I don't know if they can read I have a big notice on my door saying don't knock please ring Doorbell.
When I answered the door today I pointed to the sign and he just walked any shrugging his shoulders.
I am really getting fed up with this happening.

Fantastic service From Very

Fantastic service very easy to make order . What a very good price for the machine one of the cheapest prices I could find.
Ordered Monday delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery from Arrow was geart as well.

I wish I could give a zero

I wish I could give a zero .
yet again druver not following my instructions not to knock but ring the doorbell Also how did he know that there was any one in as my safe place is at my back door but he just knocked the door and left my parcel on my front doorstep and ran away . I have a big notice on my door that you can't miss saying ring the bell and give me time to answer the door so it look like you're company is going backwards.

Disappointed again

Haven't had a delivery using yodel for a while.
But I'm left disappointed that they are back to there old ways.
Driver did not follow instructions I did not here him at the door I have a notice on the door saying don't knock please ring Doorbell My delivery information say the same also my safe place is not where he left it.

DRIVER TELLING LIES!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give 0.
I checked my app at 9.50pm tonight and it say to contact sender as my parcel was refused at the door I can assure you that no one came to my door as I have a video doorbell. I had checked the app at about 9.20 and it was saying that there was 26 stops before me .

Not following Instructions again.!!!

Can your drivers not read?
I have a big notice on the door saying don't knock please ring Doorbell the driver looked straight at it and proceeded to knock and walked away by luck I never had the living room shut so I heard the 1 knock.
About him knocking the door I reviewed it on my security camera

Parcel just left on doorstep again by…

Parcel just left on doorstep again by same driver as the other times. I was in all day. on your app says left in safe place front porch.
The front porch is not my safe place you can see in my account.
Why can't your bloody delivery driver ring the doorbell and leave my parcel so I know it there.

Yet again parcel left on door step

I would have given zero if I could.
Yet again the same driver just left my parcel on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell. So much for all the emails you sent to say that it was getting dealt with and he would be getting retraining. So what's the point of complaining I'm very annoyed and angry.

Yet again driver just left my parcel on doorstep

Yet again the same driver just left my parcel on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell that's twice in 2 days and 6 times in the last I know it was him as I watched him on my doorbell camera. I'm Totally fed up with this happening every time he delivers my parcel. Then I get mostly the same replies from Yodel it's getting too the point I'm thinking what's the point of complaining as it seems that either he is not getting the talking to like they say on their emails or he is just ignoring it .

another delivery left on doorstep

I have had another delivery today left on the doorstep, yet again, I was in the house with my daughter and the courier did not ring the doorbell as it states on my account about delivery. This is the 4th time that it has happened in the past month with the same courier as I have video of him and all I get from Yodal is download the app which I have or the delivery the sender paid for does not include hand it over in person which seems like a copout to me and doesn't seem that their courier reads your instructions.
I'm getting totally fed up with this.

Another delivery just left at the door…

Another delivery just left at the door and run away . Why can't your delivery drivers follow my instructions in my account delivery page which says ring bell and give me time to get to the door. Or is it someone just doesn't care in the office to read and apply my instructions.
Two day's in a row that my delivery's have just been left on the doorstep not following my instructions. that makes 3 in total including 13th May and it's the same driver each time .
I'm very annoyed and angry with this please in future don't give any of my delivery's to this delivery driver.
