What's the opposite of "finest"?

Likable salespeople, but what a disappointment.

Less than a day after paying our deposit, we had a change in plans. We followed Finest Fellas' cancellation policy to the letter and requested our refundable deposit.

Finest Fellas refused to reply, to follow their own policy, or to refund our deposit. After three months of this, we had to file a dispute with our credit card company. That's what it took to get our money back.

When I posted this in a Google review, Finest Fellas' responded, "We’re sorry the refund took longer than expected ..." Downplaying like this may be their go-to strategy for bad reviews. But this was no simple delay — it was a refusal to communicate and a failure to honor their promises.

Senville helped transform our home: affordable quality and performance

Our Senville system was much more affordable than the better-known brands. While it is too early for a proper evaluation of its performance, so far everything seems great and the equipment quality feels on par with others. Customer service in placing our order and monitoring its delivery was top-notch. We could not have afforded as complete of a system with other brands. With Senville, we were able to get a high-performance 48K BTU heat pump and 9K mini-splits for five areas of our home. I am happy to recommend them -- if this review is still up, our experience has continued to be excellent. (I will update the review if anything goes south.)

Pay attention to billing details for the best chance at success

This program’s content is well-intentioned. Those who try it are likely doing so because they feel they have issues with procrastination and attention to detail.

SO: PAY ATTENTION to the details of billing and your subscription terms. After a low introductory price, the monthly fee will probably increase (this happens often with subscription programs). You will be billed automatically.

If you understand all this clearly going in, you’ll feel fairly treated. That will enable your work to have a greater chance at benefit. As with most things like this, the program is not magic — you will need to do the work. Best wishes in that pursuit.

Good policies, thoughtful representative

I had an issue with tickets that I needed help resolving, and because the terms and conditions are written in their favor, I expected AXS to play hard ball with me over a refund.

I was pleasantly surprised by a prompt resolution and refund, in part thanks to a thoughtful representative, Sagena, and policies by AXS that must have allowed Sagena latitude in making decisions.

The rep, Albert Gee, was outstanding -- he stuck with me over quite a long stretch to answer my questions and guide the process.

The underwriting team made things less pleasant, but everything finally worked out.
