It Pays to Make the Call

I Placed an order for wall sconces using the provided discount code. After placing the order, I received an email from Lightopia that if I call the phone number in the email that I could get an even better price. Skeptical, I called the listed number and a representative from Lightopia actually made an adjustment to the existing order that significantly reduced the cost. Will definitely shop and call Lightopia first for future lighting needs.

LR Centre has been an amazing vendor

LR Centre has been an amazing vendor to order from. They have provided parts and accessories that have always met or exceeded my expectations. The only real surprise was having to pay customs duty in addition to the VAT. This is not the fault of LR Centre but an unfortunate result of BREXIT.

LR Centre has been absolutely amazing and on point

LR Centre has been absolutely amazing. I have ordered accessories for a vehicle that has not yet been built. On my second order I realized that I had made a mistake and ordered the incorrect part. In a panic I called LR Center an was assured that despite my mistake they would make the correction on their end and ship the correct item. True to their word, when the item arrived, it was in fact the correct item. Their service has been prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I would recommend LR Centre to anyone and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Very Shoddy Company

II placed an order with Design911 on 9 December 2015. They did not ship the item until 1 January 2016. The item never arrived. I tried calling Design911 but could never connect to a working number. I finally sent an email to the company and got a response from the technical manager, not a sales representative or a sales manager. I sent a letter from the Military Post Office stating that this situation is occurred due to their mistake and that they were responsible for my not receiving the item. The technical manager has not responded to this letter and continues to ignore my emails. There have been no good faith efforts by Design911 to resolve this matter. As a result I am out of a considerable amount of money. If you chose to do business with this company, be very, very careful.

We are sorry to hear that you were not initially happy with our service. Your order was sent by Royal Mail postal service to the USA, The item was to be sent to a PO BOX, we sent your order out promptly on the 07/Jan /2016.
The products you order was for a Audi and not Porsche which we normally keep in stock

Not User-friendly to Military Personnel Stationed ouside the United States

I ordered brake parts for my 2004 Audi RS6. While going through the order process it became clear that PartsGeek did not ship through the USPS which is the only way that we can receive mail and packages on a military base in Germany. No problem. I requested that the parts be sent to a trans-shipper that specializes in shipping packages to military and diplomatic missions when vendors chose not to use the USPS. After confirming my order I got a second email indicating that my order had been placed on hold. PartsGeek indicated that they would only send the parts to the trans-shipper if I was willing to jump through an enormous amount of hoops. The things that PartsGeek required had never been required by any vendor that I have dealt with in the last 10 years. The parts that I ordered from PartsGeek totaled $1499. I chose not to jump through their hoops and they cancelled the order, which is their right. I immediately ordered the same parts from another vendor for $1721. I received an email from the new vendor thanking me for my order and the parts were shipped USPS Priority Mail the very next day. I will not be placing any future orders with PartsGeek and I will not be recommending them to any of my colleagues. I would rather pay a higher price, get great customer service and bypass the hassle. PartsGeek has great prices but it means nothing if you can not get the items.
