Less expensive than some other online methods, but I wonder whether sellers are using it to discard stuff that would otherwise be difficult to sell.
Returns are more complicated than I’d like but so far only one purchase was compromised, and I was able to sort it out myself.

Good seller who ships quickly and cheaply. Only downside is Brompton appear to have a price and marketing stranglehold on its retail suppliers, so there’s not always a reason to use Brilliant Bikes over someone else.

Purchase is spoiled by poor choice of courier for delivery. I would have been happier paying more and not sitting around all day for nothing to arrive.

I looked everywhere online to find a one-stop retailer that would have the sewing-machine and overlocker accessories that I needed. I live in Spain and don't want to pay postage more than once. I found what I was looking for in GUR, who also ship to Europe economically, and give discounts too! I had one small problem with an item missing from my order, but GUR sent the item out the same day. Brilliant.

I'd recommend Creda Spares as your first call if you're looking for spares at a sensible price and postage. Because I live in Spain the postage costs can be the deciding factor. I paid less than most UK companies charge for delivery just within the UK. What's not to like!
