Return rejected after a 28day period

I have tried to return a blouse ( worth £ 20.00) but was 3 days out of the 28day return period due to unexpected travel abroad due to family member being seriously ill. H&C response was it is not possible to return (even for a Gift Card) under any circumstances, quoting their T&C. Sad to know what there is no compassion nor empathy in the world today. On a bright side I was offered 10% off my next full priced order...which will probably never be used.

Split delivery and poor CS help

Order of 2 ladies shirts was split upon despatch and did not arrive on time. I am still waiting for a response re Royal Mail refund for the 2nd part of the order. No resp when ringing the helpline not from the emails sent a few times re 2nd delivery.
On the positive side “Nathan” from CS was very helpful in arranging a replacement shirt for one which was out of stock and also refunded the next day delivery charge but this only got 1 of the 2 shirts sorted. Immediate responses and great communication.
“Madalina” on the other hand provided an incorrect tracking for the second shirt and also failed to respond to my my follow up emails. I am still awaiting a response and £7 refund for delivery by Royal Mail ( no postage paid by H&K at all).
Shame as they have great products..

I have looked into this order and the emails between yourself and our customer service agent. I can see that a response was provided to your initial email offering to help with this situation. According to our records, the refund for the delivery charge has already been requested and an email has been sent by my colleague confirming this. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to be processed. This will also be confirmed in a separate email to you once our payments team has processed the request.

Review of Holidaysafe Travel Insurance

Excellent location in Palma - Old City

We stayed @ apartment in winter months and it was ideal.
We were greeted upon arrival and given clear instructions and we had no problems in communication -everything was done smoothly and promptly.
It was clean and easy to find. There were negative points, however I would like to say that there could be some more extra pillows for bed, the bedlinen can be updated and ironed as it gives a nice crisp feel (I think that basic Ikea linen is used).
The flat has no outdoor space so in spring/summer you cannot sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The two french doors can be left open but it can be noisy in the evenings as the flat overlooks the busy square.
The second bedroom feels a bit cramped as it has a bunk bed but the kids may enjoy staying there.
The Kitchen was clean and has a selection of plates/pots and pans but with so many restaurants around the City you would not need to cook . Wifi is also available and is included in the price.

Would stay there again but in winter months only (this is a personal opinion as I love the sun/outdoors ).
