Bad customer service awful carpets

purchased five carpets from DCO in one order 4 were faulty. I sent photos to customer service who offered a £70 refund which I mistakenly accepted. I now have to look at the these awful carpets. Yes they may be a good brand but the quality is really bad. If I can Offer you any advice it would be to go for a lower brand at a local carpet shop. I hate going into my bedroom and looking at what I brought. Customer service wasn’t the best, I spoke with one lady who was helpful but the man in the warehouse just didn’t care. I appreciate I have had the carpets for a year now but I am already looking at replacing them.

Not for me....

I wish I didn't have to do this but my first holiday was cancelled that I booked with them and my second flight I've just booked with them has increased by £100 after a phone call. I'm not sure what service they are actually providing but it's not for me. I feel that there website might be 1 or 2 hours out of date which is quite a lot in the travel Industry. Anyway if you do book with them and you get a booking pending email I would contact them a.s.a.p.

Not to be trusted

I'm afraid this is another cashback issue. After contacting them many times and keep being promised that I would receive the cashback i'm still waiting. This was the reason I choose to buy from them and not the mobile provider which I'm now regretting. I would advise anyone waiting for cashback to contact trading standards as this could be classed as mis-selling of a phone contract. I hope this helps people to choose not to buy from this company.
