We visited the Belfast store and dealt with the manager Chloe and received a very friendly but professional service.

This was the first time contacting an insurance company regarding an accident. I spoke with an advisor Mary Jayne who was very professional, helpful and polite. Mary Jayne guided me through my claim assisting me with relevent questions and queries. Prior to phoning ERS I felt like a total fool, embarrassed not having been involved in any type of accident before. When my claim was handled i can say I felt much better, realising that these things happen and life will go on. Overall very pleased with the service

My order arrived in perfect condition, exactly on time and was taken to exactly where I wanted it. Can’t ask for any better service.

Our furniture arrived early and was taken to our room of choice. The delivery guys were more than helpful especially with the larger section of a three door wardrobe which simply would not go around a sharp left hand bend in our stairs. Thankfully they came up with an excellent solution to our problem and had the item in place within minutes. Every item was delivered intact, undamaged and with no damage or mess. We were delighted with the service. As for the bedroom furniture-superb quality and finish which slotted together perfectly.

An invisible product which gives excellent protection

After ordering a wing back chair I was able to contact Balmoral Textiles in order to obtain a matching length of leather to re upholster a footstool which I owned. The staff confirmed my request and quickly processed my order which I picked up personally. To my delight I was supplied with extra leather which let me make a matching cushion. Delighted with the service and product.

This was the third time we have purchased from DFS and again have received an excellent service from Assistant Sales Manager Kate in the Belfast store. We still have our two suites which were purchased 15 years and five ago respectively which are still in as new condition despite kids and now grandchildren. Kate was very knowledgable, helpful but yet professional and guided us through the whole procedure. Great overall service. 10/10 for DFS.

Another instance when I have used ParcelMonkey to post items to my daughter in Spain. I cannot fault their service. A well oiled machine at a great price and fully tracked from pick up to delivery. Excellent A+++++++

Very fast very reliable. Great customer service. In this case I sold my watch through Watchmaster. It sold within five days. I was delighted with the final sale price and shall be using the service again.

Looking at other reviews on the Watch Master site I was encouraged to forward my watch for sale. I fillied in the initial description form online and a member of the Watch Master team phoned me and outlined exactly the various steps of the sales procedure. I received relevant documents by email, followed the instructions and handed the item over to the courier. I received daily emails letting me know my watch had arrived at its destination and outlining the various stages of the sales procedure. Within two days my watch was sold. Again I was informed of the sale amount and when it would be paid into my account. Overall an excellent service, faultless from start to finish. Excellent customer service and the return on my watch - I was delighted.

I looked on the website for filter media for my aquarium. I quickly found what I was looking for on sale at half price. The item was purchased and quickly delivered with additional complimentary products for my tropical fish and much to my surprise for me. Very pleased!

I ordered a large Cryo cuff which arrived in days. Prior to using the product I noticed a hole in the fabric which I thought May have been a defect. I made staff aware of my suspicions and without question they had a new complete ubit delivered two days later.
