Bought some metal signs. Very pleased with them. Delivered quickly via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Have purchased four times from Sweet and Nostalgic now and always have had good service.

The online shopping experience with Lloyds was simple and efficient. Communication regarding the status of my order was fine. Happy with Lloyds. However, they use Evri to deliver parcels. As I was not at home, I had set a safe place for delivery and included directions and a photo. Needless to say, the Evri driver simply left the parcel on the doorstep, even recording it as a “secure place”. The weather turned wet and the parcel was only saved because a kind neighbour spotted it and took it in. Unfortunately, because Evri don’t care about safe parcel delivery, I won’t be shopping with Lloyds online again.

Purchased four more metal signs. I have bought a few each year since 2019. They are fixed outside in shade and have lasted well. The early purchases are losing some colour but it adds to the look. Each purchase has been delivered promptly. Thank you for the great service

Straight forward process and payment made as expected. However, price paid was lower than hoped for, as the standard reduction for 3 or 4 pain chips is about £250. Otherwise, good experience.

We bought an oak lamp table after struggling to find a suitable one in the shops. We were very pleased with it and it arrived on time as promised. We were kept informed of the delivery, which was via UPS. Excellent overall and would recommend to friends.

We purchased a video unit and dresser during the sale. The experience was slightly marred because the Chester salesman misled us on two points: he said the sale ended at 5:00 that day, when it was a special promotion that ended, not the Autumn sale; and he promised express delivery if we purchased the extended cover, but he then applied normal delivery. However, we are very pleased with the items and would highly recommend the delivery staff. They were so helpful in sorting out a problem and more than made up for the earlier experience. The quality of the two items is very good. Well worth waiting for!

The Shower Doctor very helpfully identified the Bristan 1901 shower part that I needed from a photo that I submitted. There were a number of possibilities, as the model had changed over the years. Once ordered, it arrived within a few days as promised.i followed the clear instructions that Shower Doctor provided and all is working well again! Price was good as well. Very good service.
