My order for sliders arrived within a day or two - really quick! Great service. Kept informed the whole time. Communications were great. Everything I ordered were just great. Even the bonus extra offers/buys. Very pleased. Now have some great sliders for me and for Christmas presents at an amazing price plus a bonus buy of a hooded blanket to go with the full priced ones I purchased a couple of years ago (fantastic quality). Have been wearing a pair of the sliders and they are just so comfortable.

Great experience at the Bournemouth Care Co with Tim Mabbett. We went in totally confused about the '100s' of mobility scooters available. Tim took time to explain all the various models and the pros and cons on the most suitable for my husband. We had several test drives and we practised taking it apart and loading it into our car. We were not rushed, nor pressurised but had Tim's complete attention at all times. At the end Tim provided us with a 4 page detailed quote which listed everything we had discussed and all we needed to know which we took home with us to consider. (And yes, we have now purchased a scooter!) ps. the coffee and biscuits were nice too!

We had to be out when parcel was delivered. My instructions were followed to the letter and parcel was waiting for us on our return.

Great customer service from the three representatives I spoke with who did their upmost to help me with a confusing situation with deferred policy, holiday dates and deposit dates!!! Their time and patience was much appreciated. So, so far so good - I havent actually had to make a claim yet! (and hopefully I wont have too) However, if their customer service is so good then I am sure I will get the support should I need to claim.
