The down jacket repair patches work really well. I’ve used them for repairs on duvet jackets, waterproofs and even tents. Good for field and permanent repairs. Recommended

I was excited to pick up my Specialized turbo Levo eBike 26 Feb. It broke down 2nd April and has been off the road since. Currently waiting for a bike box so I can send it back for more assessment. Tredz are unfortunately slow to react and seem to be only able to react in accordance with their own processes.

I have now, unfortunately had to make a claim against my car hire policy. It took about 3-4 weeks to process and then payment was made. The loss adjuster kept me informed throughout.

What I have liked less is the hassle involved in buying a phone from them. Their repair processes is labyrinthine, and could be considered deliberately designed to put one off following through a warranty repair.
