Only renewal where customer loyalty is rewarded with cheaper insurance than previous year. Most companies reward with a large increase in cost of renewal. Also like the fact that renewal is not automatic. Recommend!

Arrived at EMA at 4am to catch a 6.35am flight. Stood in a cue for an hour to check in one bag with Ryanair then stood for a further hour to go through security, then stood in a cue to get on the plane. Managed to grab a sandwich from one of the shops which I later threw away because it was so poor.
EMA....sort your sevices out.....we should not have to cue for two hours before we even reach the gate. Get some decent vendors in who can sell food that is actually edible and get some staff who actually understand the dynamics of managing cues. This is not the first time this has happened and we are seriously considering travelling further eg Stansted or Luton in order to get better service and a more agreeable start to our holidays

arranged for a parcel to be sent to southern france and was delighted with the price, despite its heavy weight, and even more delighted when it was collected from my home the very next day and delivered to the recipient within five days! great price, great service!
