you split the order into 2 different…

you split the order into 2 different deliveries and one of them didn't arrive to my apartment

thank you for your review.

We are sorry that you had trouble with the delivery of your order.

If an order has to be dispatched in several parcels, it may happen that they end up on different conveyor belts and/or in different vehicles for capacity reasons, so that one part of the delivery reaches you earlier than the other.
As a rule, however, both we and DHL will of course endeavour to get the delivery to you in as few transport stages as possible.

the service i got from Opodo was very… unstable - very bad and very good

the service i got from Opodo was very unstable.

I had to spend almost 2 hours, literally, plus 5 calls - waiting around 20 minutes on each one, just to get to talk with an agent..

but on the last call i got help from a very friendly and efficient female agent who helped solve my problem

the good and the not-so-good

well, I'm ambivalent.

On the one hand it has happened too many times that my orders simply didn't arrive. i doubt that this is caused by the post services (actually this has occurred so frequently that I suspect that the orders haven't been dispatched at all...)

but on the other hand, except for one case, when this happened, I was immediately refunded...

But I would certainly prefer to be able to count on my orders from you and to know that they will arrive.

And no, I don't have any general problem with post services from anyone else.
