First time using Martin Matthewson and it was a good experience from start to finish, called to update me on additional things that would be required soon and if I wanted them. Price was as quoted and much cheaper than Volvo. I will definitely be going back when I need to.

Good when you join up.
Terrible when you try to book an appointment literally never available. When someone did turn up, it appeared they didn't have a clue of what they should be doing.
Left and went back with British Gas, more expensive but you get what you pay for.
