Really helpful service department - went the extra mile or two to find the fault with my bike before changing parts to minimise the cost for me. Gave the bike a good clean up in the proces. Thank you.

Good chair but does not raise high enough for my desk!

Balfe's Reigate now has a good team in the Workshop and on the shop floor. They care about your biking experience and go the extra mile when you need help between the bigger services. I feel I can go to them for honest advice and support. They recently checked my bike over and made minor tweaks and gave me peace of mind that my bike is not broken, without the need for a full service.

It works! It was fairly easy.

We pre-ordered this mirror and it took a very long time to arrive with little communication since taking our money. The product is reasonably good quality but does not have the finish I had expected … but ordering online has these hazards. The product does meet the criteria on their website. The wood has curved away from the mirror so the quality is less good than hoped. Ultimately I can’t use it where I planned because of these things.

Thank you so much Patrick for helping me. I have read so much and was in a right muddle before I spoke to you. I now know what I need to order and what my back up plan is should I need it, so feel a whole lot more assured that I have it right.

Usually good but you sent me somebody else’s order and then cancelled my original order and keep sending me requests to review this order.

Adam Levy at Trading Depot has been very responsive and helpful in dealing with my urgent replacement sink requirement. If they pull off delivery as advised by early next week I’ll upgrade this review to 5 stars!

Arrived promptly - earlier than expected in fact. My daughter used them for the first time last night and the seem to have the clarity promised for the range of frequencies we required.

Solid pieces of furniture. Look striking. We are very pleased. Would just have preferred wooden legs, rather than chrome, if they were available.
