Collected my ‘23 Range Rover Autobiography today from Acklam Car Centre. I sorted out a deal with Liam Martin, Head of Sales, who was more than helpful a couple of weeks ago and then had to wait while my funds arrived.
We were greeted today by a young man called Jake who is a credit to the business. He was welcoming, courteous and friendly to my wife and I and our dog, Tilly along with 2 friends who had taken us down from Newcastle. He got us all coffees and chatted freely to us even though we are about 35 years older than him.
After a long wait until my CHAPS payment went from my account to Acklam we had a good look around all the other stock and went for a bite to eat as suggested by Jake. John Ferguson then swiftly dealt with the paperwork and off we went to sunny Newcastle.
I have no hesitation in recommending Acklam Car Centre for their professional attitude and the way they deal with people.

Delivery men, Mick & Stu, were polite and friendly. They brought the new sofa in and fitted the legs swiftly and tidied up before they left.

Stephen & Colin who delivered our table, chairs, and bar stools etc were friendly and courteous. They demonstrated how to extend the dining table And showed us how to dismantle it if ever necessary.
They left our house clean and tidy.

Early days but it seems to be simple and easy to use. The engineer installed the system within an hour having checked the suitability of the boiler.
