How not to give good service.
I got an email with time slot. That was missed. A followup email said it would be delivered next day. A 2nd followup said don't worry we'll still deliver it first day. No package. Next day no emails with delivery slot. Late afternoon, I thought I heard a scuffle outside the front door while I was in the back of the house. On opening the door, my two packages were on the doorstep and the delivery agent was back at his car. Not Janet, my usual deliverer. I called out to him, asking why he didn't ring the bell. He just looked at me and got in the car and drove off.
