How not to give good service.

I got an email with time slot. That was missed. A followup email said it would be delivered next day. A 2nd followup said don't worry we'll still deliver it first day. No package. Next day no emails with delivery slot. Late afternoon, I thought I heard a scuffle outside the front door while I was in the back of the house. On opening the door, my two packages were on the doorstep and the delivery agent was back at his car. Not Janet, my usual deliverer. I called out to him, asking why he didn't ring the bell. He just looked at me and got in the car and drove off.

Tech Support is excellent.

My Smart doorbell refused to pair with my new phone and router. After hours trying, I called tech support. Their knowledge of their kit is good and following their advice resolved the problem. Many thanks.

Supplement Solutions - good; Parcelforce- not so.

Supplement Solutions, no problem, helpful staff, prompt despatch. Parcelforce, however... tried and failed delivery to the wrong address. Next day delivered it to the wrong address. After realising, collected it and dumped it at a PO. All this without telling me. Depot manager was helpful though. Investigated and phoned me back so I then had to make journey into town to collect it.

Email says package delivered to back porch. There is no access to the rear of the house. There is no back porch. I have not received this package!

Would never opt to use Yodel.

On Weds delivery not made as no one in (not notified of a time slot). Doorbell connects to my phone. Driver could have received instructions if it had been used. Tracking stated not to be left in a safe place nor a neighbour. Thurs driver taps on the door, dumps package on floor, legs it back to the vehicle, again without ringing bell.

Instant Air Fryer

Delivered very quickly. Included set up/operating instructions, but nothing on how to actually use it. A dozen basic recipes would have been very useful. A steep learning curve.

Greased lightning.

The despatch instructions included "Do not leave", meaning if there is no answer. I was upstairs when he rang and by the time I got downstairs to the door, he was gone. Parcel just dumped on doorstep. Not my choice of courier.

Lack of timely email notification.

I understood I would receive an email providing me with an approximate delivery time. Tracking did not function and the delivery was made, luckily I was home for half an hour and there to receive it. Next day, I received an email saying it would be delivered between 1200 and 1400 hours, ie 24 hours AFTER the parcel had been delivered.

Lakeland side flawless, delivery not so.

The Lakeland side was flawless, all products easily found, selected and order completed. Simples. However the delivery service is not a lot of help. The email to say my order would be delivered that day was sent ~18 hours AFTER it had been delivered. Luckily, I happened to be in for half an hour, during which the delivery happened.

Superb, efficient service.

I was surprised at the speed of delivery. It had taken a couple of days to get my scrip but the medications were delivered before I ran out, earlier than suggested. Excellent.

The wrong item was delivered

The wrong item was delivered. It was not easy to return and the returns warehouse was slow to acknowledge receipt. Reminders were required to get a refund. Meanwhile it appears that the supplier had misdescribed the camera, but it was still being advertised, at a cheaper price. The website communications route is clumsy and inefficient.

Good savings - Good Service

My questions were answered very promptly and then the drugs were dispatched promptly on receipt of my prescription. A saving of approximately 35£ every two months. Well worth it.
