I'm rating 5 because of my experience when returning an item. P+P were very helpful, someone actually spoke to me (thanks Sam), and the experience was simple and straightforward, which was really nice given the hoops I've had to jump through for other companies when returning things.

My last review was mysteriously taken off - not sure why? Just to agree with the other reviewers on here that this company has a scam refund policy. It was so hard to return (and cost so much) that I eventually had to settle for 70% value of the things I wanted to return. Still waiting for them to sell on Ebay so I can actually get my full money back...

So impressed with Dialpad so far. Charlene was just such a pleasure to deal with - always available, responsive to calls and emails, and incredibly patient at navigating 5 people through the set up process. The whole customer experience was heads above any other provider I've tried. Instead of getting bounced around to someone new each time, you get one person assigned to you, who really understands the problems you're trying to solve. Also, no slick sales people offering you the world and then you find when it comes to induction that they don't offer that thing you wanted after all. Everything they said the app could do, the app could do. Thanks so much Charlene for all your help - hugely appreciated.

It is not cheap, but it is a quality product. I've been really impressed by how much thought has gone into the programme and how much you learn as you go through. I love the recipe suggestions that are completely personalised to my body's dietary needs (which Zoe identified through the initial "discovery" phase), the bite size lessons and the ability to input my meals into the app and see how well they score. Also love the overall philosophy behind it: everybody is different and diet is therefore not a One Size Fits All thing. This has had a big effect on my eating habits (not least because it identified that my blood sugar control is not as good as I'd thought...)..

Process for installation clearly explained. Nice to receive a welcome call.

Good product, quick to receive.

The 5 stars is particularly good because they couldn't fix my phone and messed up slightly (!). But then they were absolutely brilliant about taking responsibility (sent me a free postage label to get the phone back to them to look at again). And when they discovered the phone was unrepairable they refunded all the money they'd charged me up to that point. Great service. 5 stars. I'd definitely use them again.
