You won’t regret using these guys

From going into the shop, to the mattress being delivered, the service that we received was brilliant.
We went into the shop as we wanted to discuss and try the mattresses, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel rushed or pressurised. Delivery was within a couple of days, as the mattress was in stock, and we got a text message to let us know the estimated delivery slot.
The only thing I would suggest is to pay extra for them to deliver it to a room of your choice, we had a king size mattress that had to go upstairs and underestimated how heavy the new one would be!

Call centre staff very helpful, clear and concise answering any questions that I had. Short term cover put in place to enable my daughter to use my car for her driving test.

Good survey site

Quick easy surveys to complete, sometimes I get higher paid surveys for completing insurance quotes. Also via social media competitions that are run daily I have won a couple of £10’s which is a bonus!
Cash out is easy, you have to build up £12 before you can cash out, but that doesn’t bother me.

Easy to set up and informative course

The person I spoke to, to register me on the course that I wanted, was very helpful and talked me through everything as I was filling in the documents that he had emailed me. I would suggest not doing this on your mobile, whilst you talking to them as it is quite difficult (unfortunately I was out and about at the time)
The course itself is a cache level 2, you get an online workbook, which is frustrating not having a physical book to read and make notes on, but it’s very informative and has the information along with further research on the internet to answer the questions, which are done online.
My tutor emailed me with my hand in dates and marks my handed in units swiftly with feedback to improve if required or pointers for the next unit.
I’m enjoying doing this course and am working on it for an hour or two each day, to complete it in the 12weeks timescale.

Refund processed quickly

Never got to actually use this company due to having to cancel because of covid-19. However I was due to pick a car up from Alicante airport on Easter Sunday. I cancelled on 17th March and received my full payment within a couple of days back onto my credit card.

Avoid at all costs

Having used holiday extras for years with no problems, when there is a problem they don’t rise to the situation and do the right thing.
Car park booked with cancellation waiver when I was able to cancel upto 24hours beforehand free of charge with a full refund back to how I paid (less the cancellation waiver)
When I had to cancel due to Covid-19 I was issued a voucher which I emailed about stating that I had paid cancellation waiver and I wanted my refund.
Email received confirming I would receive my refund in 30 days. Fast forward 25+ days later stating I wouldn’t be getting a refund due to them being able to change the T&Cs and only going to issue me with a voucher.
Chargeback request now via credit card, complaint raised with holiday extras, resolver case launched and reported them to the CMA.
Won’t be using them again, and I’ve got a booking for in the summer, which no doubt will need to be cancelled too!!

Easy process

Ordering was easy, lots of delivery options including free delivery.
Text message and email In the morning with a 2 hour time slot, followed by a phone call from the driver 30mins beforehand.

Review of CORGI HomePlan

Peace of mind in the winter.

Took out cover at the beginning of the year with corgi (essentials) which included free boiler service. This was completed in June following the engineer calling me and arranging a suitable time to complete.
Fast forward to October, and deciding to flick the heating on one particularly chilly night - no heating. Rang corgi 9.30pm that night to request an engineer, was informed my details would be passed over and an engineer would ring me.
9.30am the next day corgi rang and left a message on my voicemail about the £60 excess having to be paid (which I knew I had) I had assumed as it hadn't been spoken about the night before it would be taken by DD (which is how I pay for my cover) around 11.30 I managed to speak to corgi about the payment to be informed that they needed authorisation to take it out by DD (why this couldn't have been done the night before I don't know!) I was then informed that my details would be passed to the engineer.
3.30pm the engineer called me to say he could be with me in around an hour.
Room thermostat overridden (as this was found to be the fault) and the boiler left on constant, with instructions of how to switch the central heating off/on, until the next day when the engineer would be able to come and fit a new room thermostat (as he didn't have one on his van)
Would have given 5* but for the slight issue with the excess payment, which could have been sorted when I put my original call in.
Heating back within 20 hours of original call.
Fully working with thermostat changed within 45hours of original call.

Very easy

I ordered with the underfloor heating store after quite a lot of research, my brother looked into this for me also as a qualified electrician and couldn't get a more competitive price with the wholesalers he uses.

The ordering was easy and all my items were delived the next working day as promised.

When it came to laying the matting it was done with ease and was one of the easiest the the tiler has tiled over( so he told me!) apperently this was down to us using the insulation board.

All i would suggest is if you dont use the insulation board then order extra pro warm liquid to paint on the floor as you will need much more than you are sent to cover the floor properly.

I would recommened this company to anyone.
