tracking No9732668198093973 The driver lied about leaving the parcel. He did not wait for me to answer the door and did NOT leave it in the porch, the photo "proof" was just of the parcel not the place left
Coopers handled this issue very well and acted quickly to replace the item not left by the carriers Hermes

I am sorry that you had troubles with your Hermes delivery.
Please be advised that as we do not have our own drivers , we must use other courier companies such as Hermes to deliver parcels. Nonetheless , your comments will be passed onto their relevant department.
