Flight out to Faro was on time, cabin crew friendly and welcoming, very busy at passport check at Faro and not many booths open, long wait on luggage collection. Private transfer brilliant and prompt, hotel lovely and clean. Breakfast was buffet style so I had to ask for gluten free items each day, but the selection was great - individually wrapped abd brought out on a tray with cutlery and a bowl. Staff lovely and helpful, but evening bar service very slow in the lounge.

Blind easy to order in the colour and size I required, prompt delivery a minor hiccup was resolved and the blind is of great quality, a lovely colour and fits perfectly.
