The Koda 12 is a really excellent piece of kit. I had a minor issue with it, so via the Support channel, reached out to Ooni Support.

I gave a clear description of the issue and submitted. I got a response very first thing in the morning with clear instructions of what additional detail they required.

Each request I responded to was met with a very prompt & courteous reply.

Issue was diagnosed and resolution plan set in motion within the day. Extremely responsive. Extremely good.

- The course syllabus supplied in the joining instructions did not match the actual course training booklet.

It is a small criticism, but if the joining instructions itinerary matched the course material topic by topic, booklet section by booklet section, it would be better if feel

- A lot of reference was made to the Scrum artifacts during the Day One theory, however, it was not until the worked examples on the second day that the training audience got to "see" these artifacts for the first time

I would offer that an appendix section, with suggested formats, be included that had examples of "user stories", Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs, etc. With these, it would be easier to understand these artifacts during the Day One theory

- It is an open-book exam, but the only material that you could use was the supplied training book.

I tend to make my notes on separate sheets, so for the overnight "revision", I had committed my notes to my own paper, but I was not allowed to use in the exam. It would have been good to know whether the open book exam was "restricted", or "unrestricted", upfront
