I bought an Android mobile but was tricked into more

I bought an Android phone as new and tried to set it up. But when I got to the section dealing with phone calls. I was told that I had to agree to have video calls at much higher cost, than normal. I tried to stop this as I was not going to be bamboozled into much higher costs. I refused to sign the disclaimer and so I was not allowed to use the phone as normal, I could ask that the video was kept lower than normal. But I did not want any video calls, and refusing them left me without apps and other services advertised. Surely there should have been a notice on the phone before I purchased the mobile phone. This must be ilegal and why isnt something done about these Android phones. Nothing was on any part of the phone or wrappings to warn of this "FIX"

I bought a Microsoft mobile in 2022, but cannot use it ever.

I bought a Microsoft mobile phone last year But inorder to use the phone I have to find a new account by myself. took 4 weeks. But then I am asked for a password which can only be got by solving a puzzle three times, But the puzzles are not normal and they don`t follow maths or reason. I am stuck without the use of my new phone, unless I go to the Microsoft Store and spend money on useless gadgets I dont want as only on them are clues as to solving the puzzles which I have no idea how to solve without a purchase at the Microsoft Store. This seems like a con . and toal trick to get money by false pretentions.

Don`t deal with this evil money grabbing company

I can`t deal with this company. They owe me over £200. I have received 1 duff mobile, replaced with a tablet !! Although promised an addressed label they will not send anything at all. Now ,they insist on photos, I am very ill and bedridden. I only ask Nokia to be honest , they are not. I have not received an Email for weeks. I can`t afford to keep buying mobiles. I don`t want a tablet , not ordered. Nokia insist the tablet IS my new mobile. Are they insane ?
Although ordered via. Amazon, Nokia will not obey Amazon`s rules. They are NO better than a group of MONEY grabbers. They have just taken my cash but not followed their promise of an addressed label.I am stuck with rubbish costing a lot of money . Dont deal with thieves. or NOKIA.

Nokia lied to me and did not deliver my phone.

I purchased a smartphone from Nokia, but it was useless. As I bought from Amazon, I assumed I could discuss this with Amazon. NOT SO. But before I took it up with Nokia , I purchased another Smartphone, and this time , they sent me a T20 tablet. They would not believe me and insisted on a photo. I am seriously ill in bed. I spoke to Nokia and they agreed to send an addressed label. But they then went back on this, again insisting on a photo. I won`t deal with these liars . Goodness knows what I can do. Don`t even think of doing any business with this evil company. They are untrustworthy and they openly lied to me. (all recorded by the way ) They might as well as call you a liar as they take your money.

I went over to a YUASA battery for reliability.

I went over to a YUASA battery because the old one although only after one year, well , it would not hold its charge. The new YuasA seems so much better and is covered by a good waranty . I have no idea why Royal Enfield ut such a bad battery make. I read of three owners who had the same (poor battery ), all faded and useless.. I have always relied on Yuasa make on all my bikes since 1968, never had the tiniest problem. I use the gel form these days. Superb Make. and only a couple of pounds more that the other (evil form with acid and water. ) These can splash in an emergency stop or topple etc. Gel batteries are far more reliable.

Changed my address on order form SCAM or WHAT!

Very concerned about this company. I put an order in for a silver bracelet today, but at the last moment our address was altered to one in LONDON and our post code was also altered. We have checked our work and it is accurate, but now expect the bracelet to be delivered to the post code in London. WHAT IS GOING ON. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The driver turned up EARLY and then LIED to me .

The driver turned up so very early, Nearly 2 hours. This caused us a lot of trouble with the animals and I slipped on the stairs. MORPHINE now.
We were told that it was my fault for ordering the same day as they then have the right to deliver how they liked. I rang Sainsbury`s who assured me that this is a LIE. I don`t like being lied to !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Santander stops my debit card for no real reason

Santander keeps stopping my DEBIT CARD. I only got it back a couple of days ago. I went to buy a few panel pins today at £5.44, but they would not let me buy it without a OTC (one time code ) Every code they sent me was "wrong according to Santander ". I tried 5 codes only to be told every one was wrong . I wrote down every one and I got every one correct according to my smart phone. So I am banned from buying anything over the bank holiday. And I spent a long time on the phone, never to get through.
This must be a scam by the bank to stop money going out of people`s accounts. I can`t think of any other reason other than someone on the inside having a laugh. It has happened to me many times before.

Kaspersky are like Piranhas with you money.…

I purchased a Kaspersky internet safety system. At least two years ago. Their system never worked on my computer. I sent an email and advised them of this.
Suddenly I received an email from them telling me that they have renewed my subscription at £39.99 . They never contacted me and have taken the money out of my bank account. Talk about sharp practice.
They are like Piranhas , don`t trust them as companies like these, we can all do without.

This really tiny music player is impossible to use.

Well, I wanted a high spec. music player. I read many reviews on the Hidizs AP80 pro, It sounded great. So I purchased a red version with it`s minute leather jacket.
Days of swearing have gone by, and I just can`t work with such a minute machine. And the makers just can`t be bothered to include anything more than a tiny list to assist using it. But I just cannot manage, it is complicated and with being really tiny and with no manual to speak of, it is beyond me. Whether it does work, I never found out as I have had awful trouble syncing it to allow my ripped music to transfer to this machine. I believe that Hidizs made this music player so very small just for the sake of it. I can`t even read the writing on the controls without a magnifying lens !
It is quite ridiculous, so I have wasted a week and a lot of money with nothing to show for it. I would avoid this Music Player and don`t believe all you read. No manual even if paid for it, totally ridiculous. I would need a jeweller`s loupe at least to use it, and with no manual what-so-ever. , I give up. I would have paid a few pounds just to get instructions, but forget it.

Flexible waste pipe , not as shown

I purchased a flexible waste pipe from Homebase. I had it delivered as my car is being repaired.
This waste pipe is unbranded. It came in 3 parts but never said this. You can only get the stated length by pulling the pipe apart making it so thin, you could not trust the lack of strength. And why make it in 3 parts needing two very bad connections with crumpled plastic joints. These joints are useless and would need to be glued for security. This is not as described and not as shown. It is useless for my needs and a waste of time and money in my opinion. Not branded I note : as I find it hard to believe that any plumber would design anything this poor.

I have waited in for two days in a row, no delivery.

I have waited in for two days in a row. I was promised a delivery on Friday 17th Dec and then again on Sat 18th Dec. No Delivery on either day despite leaving emails saying they were on their way to my house.
This was for a bathroom vanity unit which required a plumber. What am I supposed to do ?
I had people coming, but with no hot water . !!!!!!!!!

Wayfair just charge too much

Recently , I was looking for a glass table for my lounge.
I had viewed some very good looking products via Amazon and Ebay. I had seen the adverts for Wayfair and they looked excellent. The cost of glass tables on Amazon was about £130, however Wayfair were charging about £300 to £500 for a very similar product.. And their APR was sky high.
This a company that advertises, products for all budgets. I feel very sorry for anyone who falls into their traps, easy payments are not in anyway easy. Their costs are also sky high, which is why I will never go near them again .I will stay with Amazon or Ebay.. And use a cheap credit card to pay in full, for anything expensive. It works out so much cheaper.

Beware of Tesco`s payment methods

Beware of Tesco`s payment methods. I have just tried 3 times to pay for my groceries. Each time I have been refused. I contacted my bank and am told that it is Tesco's end that has a problem, NOT MY CARD
The customer services don`t know enough about Microsoft Edge (my browser ) to help at all. They are useless. Use another grocery company.

I hope no-one eats your bread

I hope no-one eats your bread. It is disgusting,
In all my 72 years on this planet , I have never tasted anything as bad. ACETIC ACID.
Tell your bakers to either reduce the time for proving or turn down the temperature.
You should taste the bread before selling it.
We were stuck for two days, try cheese on finger on Jam on finger. Do pull yourselves together please !!!

Don`t let Aviva get your money , go for Sheila Wheels.

I received a ridiculous quote for re-insuring my Citroen Cactus. I was with Aviva and they had increased the cost of insuring my car by over £150 to £750.
I looked at insurance companies online and found Sheilas Wheels. What a delight to find a straight company : so easy to insure my car. It was a very easy form to fill in and the result saved me over £300 compared to Aviva.

You poisoned us.

WE sent a full complaint to you, but you did not answer. WE were both ill after eating your Bonne-Maman creme caramel.
Do you take food poisoning seriously?
Last order included Bonne-Mamam creme- caramel. It horrible . and makes us ill every time we have it. I have been in touch before about this .
I know as a French trained chef , that this is not Creme-Caramel. It is not made of Creme _Anglaise so it cannot be correct.
The amount you have off- loaded on us is ridicululous. We won`t write again , just straight to the Ministry and Courts.

Morrisons are NOT what they used to be.

Morrison`s used to be our Supermarket of choice, But, now I just can`t trust them. Four weeks in a row they deliver far too early and cause us real problems as we are disabled and need to know when are food is coming. Most of the food we order is NOT as advertised, we get replacements are not fair. eg.We ordered their Oat cookies , they don`t let us know as they say,and although they have other similar products , we don`t get them as they are more expensive for Morrisons. They go to the trouble of advertising many products , but rarely have them available.Often, there is so much missing that it is not suitable for our weekly shopping. What can we do ?; other than avoid Morrisons. Their crab paste has only 20% Crab: Haddock and Sprat are the main ingredients. Surely , this is not legal. This seems to be the way Morrisons are going....DOWN .

This company will never let you leave.

This company started with a free trial. They proved that they were hopeless in helping me. I have contacted them many times to cancel my account. Now I am told they are charging me for doing nothing after I cancelled my account. Don`t trust these people, they seem only interested in taking my money, no morals at all, it seems. they will try and complicate leaving their claws
Into you and never letting go. Don`t fall into their traps.

It is going to cost me more with Bill…

It is going to cost me more with Bill Buddy. They have switched us onto another provider before the end of my contract. So, I am going to be charged an exit fee. So far £70 for gas and there is the electricity to come.. How on earth is that allowed ? I am certain we were told ," when my contract comes to an end " But it has not !!. So exit fees apply . If this is the case then , we have been misinformed. I will double check and see. God help Bill Buddy if it is how it works with them.

We do not automatically switch tariffs, but we will alert you if you can save money by switching. We take exit fees into account when calculating this, so there's a good chance you can get that exit fee back from your supplier.
