Service could be worse, just not sure how. No feedback after 5 days. Main call centre number provided is out of service. Called the main switchboard and was put through to Express Test. They are a subsidiary company but didn't recognise the test reference. Still waiting. Price at £189 is twice the market rate.

We have stayed at 4 different hotels through PetsPyjamas and they have always be a cheerful delight to work with. Knowledgeable staff, a great selection of hotels, they ensure that the hotels understand the real needs of pet owners and very reasonable prices.
PetsPyjamas have been very supportive whenever we have needed a cancelation/change. We have not however had to request a Covid-19 related refund.
A great selection of lovely hotels (we have tried 4 of them), plus a team of genuinely delightful and helpful PetsPyjamas people who want to help us all find the perfect place for a beak with our pets.
Lovely product but they are losing their sense of customer service in the last 2 years. Nice watches, not too reliable and increasingly officious to deal with.
Blackcircles seem to be the pick of the crop these days for buying tyres. We can even choose which local fitter to use, so can support our independent garages too.
Bought a Synology NAS drive for a fair price.
It was advertised as in-stock on the website, so I ordered it to replace one that had just died - so swift delivery was important.
The item was out of stock and a new delivery date was promised.
Then missed. Because the replacement stock came in late.
The third delivery date was met though.

However it would be only fair to highlight that your order was place on the late evening of November 17th and was available on a 7 Day Lead-time, not 'In stock'. We contacted you with an amended delivery date that the unit may come sooner than expected, which was then cancelled in light of lower stock levels being received from Synology. Then order was eventually dispatched after 7 days as our website originally displayed.

The chair itself (Ergohuman plus) is a high quality produce with a superb range of adjustments. It even comes with a small CD that includes a video of how to assemble & then set up the chair to suit you.
1 improvement point: it's one of those mini-size CDs, not a normal one, so doesn't load into many modern cd slots. A full size CD would be much better.
Advanced Acoustics doesn't bamboozle you with technical terminology, as most acoustic products companies seem to do. The website is really clear, informative & helpful.
