Great customer service & delivery!

I purchased a small piece of Moldavite on the 6th of September, and it arrived today, the 9th! It was beautifully packaged and had a lovely surprise gift included. The Moldavite is currently having a moon cleanse, and once I know I can work with Moldavite, I will return to Crystal Nation for a larger piece. Thank you to Scott for his amazing customer service!

A lot more for less money!

Been with Emergency Assist for a couple of years, and had to use them once - great company and they have kept the prices low, hence renewing with them again. You get a lot more for your money than the alternatives too.

How am I getting on with new glasses you ask...if I had them I'd let you know but sadly one of your staff damaged them whilst fitting them for me, so I had to wait for new frames to be ordered in! #Stressful

a huge THANK YOU to Ocean Florida!

A huge thank you to Ajay for sorting my initial booking and then to Kelly for rescheduling my Florida holiday due to COVID-19 and flight restrictions. Not only was it reassuring to know that everything was being dealt with professionally but also with humour and a complete understanding of what I needed. I travel solo and always have a few wobbles when booking trips but I will 100% use Ocean Florida for all my US-based trips in future

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Like many that have been caught up in Thomas Cook's demise, I am still waiting for my money despite having been promised it would be paid at least 5 times. They are understaffed and the staff they do have do nothing but constantly lie or fob your off.

If I could leave a '0' star review

If I could leave a '0' star review, I would! I get a text saying that my parcel would be with me between midday and 2pm, so I make arrangments to be there. At 3.30pm, I decide to check the tracking info directly on their website - lo & behold, I find that there's been " a slight delay with my delivery" and I'd advised to check the website tomorrow morning. Firstly, I've wasted an entire afternoon, secondly, a text to advise me would have been good and finally tomorrow is hardly a 'slight' delay. This is not the first time I've had problems with Hermes - the company really should be closed down - DIABOLICAL service, or should I say lack of it!!!

Amazing customer service

I had a faulty yogurt maker but within 48 hours it had been replaced. Kirsty, the young lady who dealt with me was by far the best customer service representative I have ever had the privilege of dealing with!
