I was dubious about using a small utility company that I had never heard of before. But Home Energy were efficient, easy to communicate with and very competitively priced. I only switched away in the end because I wanted a long term fixed deal. The only area of improvement I could see was that they could benefit from a more sophisticated website or App.

Bought flowers for my wife & the 'truly, madly, deeply' bouquet was beautiful. Really pleased.
