Fast and reliable delivery (even from so far away) of great product(s) -- I bought four of the same design, same size but different colours. The sizing is right for me but I did go up a size as in general I think the fit is "snug". But pleased in all respects.

The operative was extremely helpful and even though there appeared to be some sort of glitch in the system he called me back when it was all resolved.

Very fast delivery service. The product itself is easy to use and works really well. The directions specify using a hair-dryer but I was able to use air drying (I could leave the item (a couch) to dry without using it). Colour match is pretty good -- their "red" is quite a dark red which was what I needed/wanted; it is a good match.

I got a call-back from Michelle Morgan of Origym after I had requested a prospectus. I had questions and Michelle was (a) very patient with some of the silly questions; and more importantly able to answer all of the questions completely and thoroughly using some of her own experiences to illustrate why and how her answer fitted. Experience-based data!!

The actual tests and service were excellent. However my appointment was at 15:10 and supposed to last 30 minutes. I left vision express at 16:55. There was a long gap in the middle when I was left waiting.

Ordering from away from home. All very easy and well done -- going to family in France and to a friend in York in the UK.

Getting into a bit of a fluster as I couldn't find my reservation (for Tuesday) through the website. Contacted webchat help and SADAIN came on-line to help me. SADAIN was extremely helpful and patient (no hint that I was being stupid or a fool). Gave me the information and the additional check number to use on the Airline website. Very fast, easy and helpful. I am pleased and re-assured. It is my first time booking a flight with Dream World Travel and everything suggests I should use them again!

This is not the first time I have bought from Wiggle but I am an intermittant customer because I am not a serious triathalete -- actually never mind 'serious' I am a bit of a couch potato. Anyhow this time I bought two on-sale swim briefs (one Speedo, one Zoggs) and a swim hat (required in some of the pools I use). The kit itself and the fit were excellent as you'd expect from those makes. The real excellence was in the speed of arrival. They must have been waiting in the warehouse ready to pounce on my order! It came within two days, was tidily boxed (enough to protect but not so much as to be ridiculous). There was a wee additional present put in as well (a whey snack). This company has always been great, was great again this time and is always one I look at when their mailings arrive. They are great for me and I expect would be great for others too.
