Product was on website and ordered and when I expected it to be delivered I got a note saying it was out of stock. Hence low rating. I have friends that have had good experience so hope I just got unlucky.

Thank you for your message. Just around the time you ordered, we unfortunately had an error in our stock, which meant that the ordered product was actually sold out. We're really sorry about that. We tried to find an alternative, but unfortunately it was not possible. It is, of course, very unfortunate and a deplorable situation. I purchased a Zone 3 wetsuit from Wiggle. Price was good, ordering was easy and delivery was quick. There is a small quality issue with the wetsuit, minor but noticeable. Wiggle has allowed me to keep the wetsuit until they are re-stocked which is what I requested. Great service!
