I ordered Topsoil, this was delivered on time and i chose to pay little extra for the grab offload. The driver was patient and careful when off loading, he kept the pile very neat and took his time to make sure the soil stayed in position. A job very well done.

Do not buy a Samsung Washing Machine or any Samsung Appliance thinking the 5 year warranty is a good deal, because its not. Samsung have signed cheap contracts with 3rd party companies like GroupFX meaning they will take 4 weeks to come out to you in the event of a repair needed, they will then advise parts are needed and yes another 2 weeks for a 2nd engineer visit, your appliance could be out of order for months before it is fixed, eventually forcing you to buy a new appliance. Samsung customer service is non-existent they simply don’t care, same goes for the CEO presidential team, who confirmed to me there is no time limit for repairs, the warranty is useless and best to avoid buying any Samsung products.

Customer service is basically non existent at Matalan you cannot call them and they don’t respond to emails 9 days on and still no response but they are happy to keep taking your money on their website but no service which is shocking. You have taken my money and not delivered the products i ordered what a rip off and its close to theft.

Excellent boiler and build quality. They are premium quality boilers and market leaders in the boiler industry. The combi boiler 42cdi is sufficient for both bathrooms running together as long as you have the correct water level coming into the boiler. Therefore I save on the cost of a tank and space.
