I started as a new costumer few months ago , very easy to setup an account with energia.. had no issues till date .. highly recommend to anyone ..

I used this website thrice since feb 2013,, I m happy with their service but I m not satisfied because the delivery of the products was not carried out as I had requested ,, I gave a special request for the products to be delivered before 2 pm on my mums birthday but It was delivered at 8 pm which was quite disappointing ,,, A month later I ordered a serenade gift for my husbands birthday but they delivered the bouquet and cake on the same day instead of delivering them on two consecutive days,, saying that , their products are worth the money spent,,, i would recommend them except for the time of delivery,,,
