Each item I have received to date has been exactly as described online and in perfect condition. The service they provide is extremely efficient as they email you to keep you updated on the progress of your order so you have a good idea as to when to expect it's arrival. I have received all of my items usually within 2 days of ordering! I always find good bargains in their sale section for extremely affordable prices and from time to time they also offer free delivery...as I live in Europe I find this brilliant given the extortionate delivery rates some other sites charge! When delivery is free I usually find I end up spending more than I intend on their clothing as it is such good value! I will definitely continue to purchase from Boohoo and hope it will continue to provide such excellent service! Definitely worth checking out!!! :)
