It was a great service, apart from the marketing stuff you kept sending afterwards for other things. It was too much. Also, before I had paid my deposit to Tim from Wales, admittedly some time after my initial contact (due to my own long lead time), I was contacted by a piper from Yorkshire who I would have contacted myself if I had wanted to, which I did not appreciate.

specialist bulb worked and was cheaper than many others

I had my cottage completely re-plumbed and had a worcester hydrogen ready combi boiler installed and hive to control it. So far, it's all good and I am enjoying a warm old cottage with instant hot water and easy online temperature alteration.

There was great customer service with this delivery arrangement. They went to some trouble to deliver when I was ready to receive, they rang on the way here and my product was in good condition. Bottom line is - they care.

These guys are both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. White goods are a minefield but we have been buying through Coopers for years and they have guided us through consistently well. Their cost sensitive attitude hasn't changed at all over the years.

it was the eating of the product that would actually make me order again for my next big bbq. It was truly, wonderfully delicious. The deals are a bit complicated though. 2for1 does not exactly mean that, which was confusing. It means you get the cheapest product free - I think. I had to place my order on the phone rather than on line to understand the offers and I am not sure I do even now. Having said that, I will indeed look forward to ordering again.
