Booking a spa day for our first wedding anniversary was straightforward and easy. Charlotte was friendly, had a good sense of humour and was helpful in helping me secure a time and day that suited us. Thank you.

Lovely product - well made and solid in construction (drop magnetic wireless charger). The only minus, is the length of time it took to arrive. It was ordered on 16 Jan and arrived on 30 Jan.

We sincerely apologize for the shipping delay—while we aim for timely deliveries, sometimes unforeseen logistics challenges can extend the timeline. We're continuously working on improving shipping times to ensure a better experience in the future.
We truly appreciate your support and hope you enjoy your charger! If you ever need any assistance, feel free to reach out.
Con artists. No plants and no refund. Also, they do not respond to emails or telephone calls. Buyer beware. I wish I’d see Trustpilot or Google reviewers beforehand.

i am happy to look in to any issues that you are having if you can provide me with mor information to the email below
Very disappointed with DPD. Up until today, they were a 5-star company in my eyes but today when I tried to book a collection online, I got a message informing me that they could not accept my order and no reason was given. The business was given to Parcel Force instead.
Hassle free returns and prompt delivery of a new radiator. Excellent service.

Hi, Thanks for your honest review regarding our Halfords Autocentre. I am pleased to hear that your experience was a positive one and we really appreciate your feedback. Best wishes, Liz.
This agent seems to have a very odd marketing strategy. I recently went to see a property that was priced £30k below the Home Report valuation. I duly made my offer and this was rejected with the agent explaining that they were hoping to achieve far more than the valuation in the HR. It’s one thing getting people in through the doors, but another to mislead people!

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you believe that we have engaged in any form of misleading property pricing. It is probably worthwhile to explain briefly how the property pricing structure in Scotland typically works. “Offers Over” is a standard pricing strategy in Scotland. There is no rule as to how the asking price is set but, in practice, the price is set below the desired selling price. It is similar to a reserve or a guide price in an auction. The Home Report in Scotland provides buyers with a professional chartered surveyor’s opinion as to what the property is “worth“. The market value will vary dependent upon multiple factors such as the amount of competition amongst buyers for that property. It is not unknown that, in the current market conditions, buyers will pay more than 10% or even 20% above the Home Report valuation. If you look across the marketplace, the pricing strategy that we have taken here is standard. Whilst “Offers Over” is not an optimal pricing model for buyers, as an estate agent our obligation is to represent the interests of our selling client in achieving the maximum possible selling price. In the current example, we have done nothing differently to what we, and our industry peers, typically do and we can only apologise that this has caused any concern for you as to the pricing tactics employed. We are more than happy to reach out and guide you through the somewhat unique Scottish property market norms and will be delighted to discuss this further with you if you reach out to us through our website or reply directly to this response
The only one slight drawback was that it was not possible to choose from a more extensive options list. Otherwise the process has, thus far, been very easy and smooth.
