Super impressed with my new Estarli e28.x step-through

I'm super impressed with my new Estarli e28.X step-through. After 300 miles of riding and a few minutes tightening screws it's well set up, extremely reliable, and perfect for my needs. Belt drives are so much better than chains in almost every way, not least never having to worry about getting oil anywhere, and the two-speed automatic geared electric hub on this bike fixes the last problem they have -- going uphill on this bike, even at low or no assist is a breeze. I expect that eBikes like this with two or three automatic gears will come to dominate the market in coming years and it's a credit to Estarli that they got there first in the UK.

Good at selling good memory at good prices.

They sell memory. The memory is good. The memory is cheap. The memory arrives exactly as described, quickly, and safely. If there are problems with your payment, they email you and fix them, and they put their number on the email so you can call if you want.

Not worth switching to.

I regret switching to Starling Bank and would not recommend it to anyone else. They still have not implemented UK open banking in their personal bank accounts, so you can't automatically synchronise your data with accounting software or any of the new personal budget tracking apps out there. Everything is designed to keep you inside Starling's small ecosystem. Almost every other bank is better. And when you have a problem, good luck contacting customer services and getting a consistent answer from them.

You can link our Business accounts with Xero/Quickbooks and Freeagent. That service is not currently available with our Personal accounts.

Awful. Avoid at all costs

I ordered my item which was marked 'in stock', expecting it to be shipped out within the promised 3-5 days. 13 days later the product finally left Hong Kong and the price on the website had fallen by £20. Having failed to dispatch with anything near the promised speed I offered not to cancel if they refunded me the difference in the prices. Since they refused and I was entitled to cancel, I did so. They promise to refund the full price but have so far completely failed to live up to their promises to stop the order, which is still on its way to me, and I have had to contact the courier myself.

I am extremely glad I paid with my credit card so I have protection against these cowboys.
