The website showed the radiator I wanted at a good price, so ordered, paid in full and even agreed a delivery date.
Late that same day they messaged to say it wasn't in stock after all and would be a 6 week wait for delivery (other web sites I'd looked at had shown it as 6 week wait). They offered some alternative options and I chose one, resulting in a reasonable refund due. If only I could get it.
Its now over 2 weeks since my money was taken I've had delivery of the alternative radiator which has been installed, but still no sign of my refund and any chasing messages are just ignored.
Appalling customer service, wish I'd seen the reviews on here before they "stole" my money by taking payment for an item they couldn't deliver.
Update 15/02 I have JUST received my repayment, probably after raising it through Klarna. I also had 2 challenges raised to Trust Pilot from AR, I'm guessing anyone just p'd off and not out of pocket might not bother to reply twice, so maybe the 1 star reviews should be greater?
I've just had a quick read of the reviews on here and virtually all the 5 star reviews are from someone with just one review ever on Trust Pilot ....anyone else find that odd??

Actually ordering the freezer was fine, excellent customer service, understood I was ordering for my elderly mother and checked she was happy that I was ordering it on her behalf using her debit card.
Delivery wasn't good - took place when I wasn't there as I live 260 miles away. We paid for installation of new and removal of old. All they did was plug it in, it wasn't even left level and when my 87 year old mother asked them to swap the door round they said they didn't do that, my parents would have to do it themselves. So the payment was for them to slide it under the counter and put a plug in?? Even 86 year olds are capable of doing that.

I'm glad to hear the ordering process went smoothly for you, but I am really sorry you're unhappy with the delivery service. Our standard connection is removal of the packaging and taking that with us, and setting it up ready to use. Sadly, door reversal is a separate service which is only offered on certain models, upon checking it isn't something we offer for this model.
I am truly sorry for any disappointment caused by this but I do hope you will consider shopping with us again in the future.
