Not happy at all today
On the day I received this request for a Trustpilot review, the online banking app and access to accounts was down with no email or communication in way of information , apologies or service update, however , yesterday HSBC sent me an email reminding me my credit card interest rate was going up from 16.9% to 22.9%. So not happy at all with HSBC today. But I have been a customer since 1978 when it was the Midland Bank.. so more good days than bad
