On the day I received this request for a Trustpilot review, the online banking app and access to accounts was down with no email or communication in way of information , apologies or service update, however , yesterday HSBC sent me an email reminding me my credit card interest rate was going up from 16.9% to 22.9%. So not happy at all with HSBC today. But I have been a customer since 1978 when it was the Midland Bank.. so more good days than bad

Alexandros at Perpetual Time serviced My Rolex GMT Master 2 and my wife’s Datejust. A very professional and detailed service in a secure and lovely environment. Timescale for repair was excellent as were the communications. The watches came back as new in a protective pouch with an individual warranty card for the service. The Datejust was heavily worn before the service and valet, but it was just like purchase fresh on return. I would Highly recommend Perpetual Time and will be using them for all my repairs and servicing ongoing. Thank you Alexandros
