Website was easy to use, quick delivery and good fit of all clothes I purchased so overall very happy.

Chose items from my online account on the website but when I phoned a week later to order I was told that the products I had chosen were discontinued. I had already by then sold the items to my client so had to source them elsewhere at greater expense. If I had known the items were discontinued, I would have chosen different products or used prices from other sellers.

Lights arrived on time and look great, I did have a problem with a remote control not working but this was replaced quickly.

I found the representative to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and was very happy with all of the contact with her and the information I received, I went on to apply for a mortgage she advised. I would have given 5 stars but I did find the automated emails and texts sent regularly throughout the process didn't reflect our conversations and came across as pressurising so I took a star off.

I bought 3 artisan street serving dishes with lids, They arrived promptly, well packaged, no breakages and I am really happy with the items themselves. I haven't used them yet as they are for Christmas day but they look great.

Nice environment, staff helpful, good range of styles. We bought tried some things on, bought some and then went online and had an item delivered that we tried in the shop

Had what I was looking for at a great price with quick free delivery

Got an email from tuffnells giving me a consignment number and a URN with a link to a tracking page and a message saying I can track my order and proof of delivery. When I use the link it takes me to the tracking page and there is a message saying that there aren't any consignments with this ID, it tells you to retype the info, which I did, then says "go to help with tracking" where there isn't any help option for my issue and it says "or click here for the number of my local depot" and when I do this it says access denied I am "not authorised to see this page". VERY FRUSTRATING. I cant understand why tuffnells give me a URN number then tell me that there is no consignment with this number. Rubbish system just causes unnecessary confusion and wasted time. The next day I get another email the same and this time it works and items delivered with no problem.
My issue is that the system didn't recognise the number that it allocated to me, this shouldn't be allowed to happen, if a number is generated I think it should be recognised FOR EVER after the generation so that the system will never tell you that the number isnt recognised for any reason.

Cant praise them enough. Apart from the fact that their houseplants are of the finest quality (I am a professional horticulturalist) the customer service was second to none. I bought a plant online for my daughters birthday who is at University in Exeter. The halls address didn't work at the checkout so I emailed them, not expecting to hear back for a few days, Rob emailed me back within 10 minutes (and this was 8.30pm) and after 2 or 3 exchanged emails extending until 9.30pm the transaction was completed and the plant was delivered 2 days later in time for her birthday and she loved the plant which was top quality, great value and in excellent condition. I'm so pleased, you don't get service like this just anywhere, as a small business owner myself I know that they really have gone the extra mile to sort things out for me. I read the reviews before I bought and someone wasn't happy with quality, but I was very happy. I bought two Nepenthes plants and they were both very good quality with lots of pitchers and very well packed to prevent damage. A couple of leaves and pitchers were damaged but its hard to see how to avoid this. They were a gift for someone and needed to be displayed together so uniformity was important.

I have bought quite a few trees over the years from Mail Order Trees as I am a garden designer and landscaper and can't always find the varieties I want at my local nurseries. I once experienced a delay with delivery but generally they're on time, this time the trees arrived earlier than expected and as always exceeded my expectations. You never know what you're going to get when you order plants online in terms of size and especially quality but I have always received excellent quality trees. This time I purchased 17 trees 16 of which were the same variety and all of them were taller than advertised and very uniform so I was very pleased.

Had two mattresses delivered, the delivery guy phoned an hour before they arrived which really helped but unfortunately I couldn't be there in time so they called me again and they left the mattresses where I asked them to even though they didn't really want to. Very Happy

Always friendly and very knowledgeable about the wine in general and about what you have in stock that would suit. I love your tasting events, I never intend to buy wine at them, but always do.
I have one complaint and that is the colour coding system not being used any more. I miss it, it helped me to try wines that I wouldn't ordinarily risk. I would like you to bring it back, it was brilliant.

I paid £15 for a new hardback book that was also available from a different well known online book company for £20, The book arrived within 2 days and was in mint condition so very happy

I am a landscape gardener and have used Mail Order Trees a number of times over the years to complete projects where I needed a small tree or a very specific variety. I can only seem to get large specimens from local wholesale nurseries. I have always been happy with the price and the quality. I have mostly been happy with the delivery too but the last trees I bough took 22 working days top be delivered with no contact from them, I understand that they were having problems but this went over their specified waiting time so I would have liked to be kept informed of progress.

I bought a fairly cheap one metre wide cooker hood which iIhad chosen for the cost (less than £100), the look but primarily the low energy rating which I found isn't easy to achieve in cooker hoods generally. Product is great and was easy to fit. it arrived with a broken light so i ordered a spare part over Christmas but it didn't arrive, I ordered it again in January and it came this time, I fitted it and is all good

We had a faulty cable delivered but the issue was sorted very quickly at no cost to me so very happy.

We bought 2 trees to use in cleints gardens. I had to change one of the varieties in between ordering online and delivery which was easily done over the phone. trees arrived a few days later in good condition and our clients were happy with the quality. All in all, completely satisfied and will use them again.
