I ordered a pink stripe candy gâteau for my grand-daughter 18th.
Firstly, excellent customer service. I sent an inquiry and received a reply rapidly.
Secondly the gâteau arrived in perfect condition on the Friday and was eaten on the Sunday. Beautiful decorated cake and so scrumptious. Light sponge and mousse filling. Very happy customer.
I ordered and 8 inches for 14 people and there was some left over for 5 more slices.
I would recommend without any hesitation.

POSITIVE POINTS
- The app is very user friendly.
- Parcels are picked up from your home or delivery points, just print the label.
- You are able to choose the date you wish the boxes to be picked up.

LESS POSITIVE
- No specific time given for collection. EVRI collects between 8.00 and 20.00.
-Some of our books have been refused because of being damaged which surprised us as we are very careful with them, so I wonder if this happens during transportation.

Still we have been able to sell quite a number of books and declutter our shelves.
Do not expect to make a huge amount of money and would advise to use more than one site as some of the books which are refused on some sites are accepted on others, prices also differ.

This is the third phone i have bought from this company.
My latest one is a galaxy S10 which was described as "good" and I would say it looks like new. The colour is detailed white but it is more mother of peal.
The average delivery is about 5 days but mine was delivered the next day!
No trouble at all in transferring all of my details from the Nokia to the S10.
If unhappy with your phone you can return it within 30 days.
The camera is amazing.
I am extremely pleased with it and I would totally recommend this company.

For quite a while we have been trying to buy organic British/local products from independent shops, but alas this has proven quite difficult.
Our daughter told us about Riverford, as she herself has their products delivered, so I gave it a go.
There are 2 of us so a small box last us two weeks.
The vegetables are of an excellent quality and your taste buds can also enjoy their tastefulness. Also in a weird way I enjoy scrubbing the dirt out of them!
Finally, having them delivered on your doorstep is a bonus. Also excellent customer service.
To be recommended.

I have ordered quite a few items of boys Marvel outfits and have been extremely pleased with them. Good prices, fast delivery and very good customer service.

One point I would like to make is that the items ordered are not sent all together.

I bought an electric pressure cooker in September and everything worked fine until a week ago when it did not work as it should have. I emailed customer services and I got a reply very promptly telling me that a new one will be send (no need to return the other one) and I should receive it within 3 to 5 days. I actually got it the next day.
I have never experienced such outstanding customer service and I was startled by the fact I got a new one. Thank you so mcuh.

Very straight forward website where you can book tickets without any hassle.
What I found valuable is having photos taken from the seat to the stage.
When you confirm your booking it tells you if the seats are good, very good or your view will be restricted or very restricted.
Keept informed by emails and another feature is that you can order your drinks online before the show.

Great door and extremely pleased with it. we were told it could take 4 weeks but was delivered and installed just over 2 weeks later. The door gives a neater appearance to the front of the house.
Excellent customer service.
The installation took about one and a half hour and the old door was taken away.

I ordered a hot composting bin on the fourth of August and it was delivered on the 9th.
Very carefully packaged, price relatively similar to other website but FREE delivery.
Excellent communication too.
One friend of mine owns one which she is extremely pleased with, so I followed suit.
Looking forward to have some organic compost.

We had 2 lovely days in Cromer at the shoemakers' cottage situated in a prime spot at the back of the centre and 2 minutes from the sea front. The cottage is clean and equipped with TV, WiFi, etc.
As it is an old cottage, the stairs are steep and narrow, the bathroom is modern and so is the bedroom equipped with a wonderful and comfortable bed.
The reason I gave 3 stars is that the photos shown on the website are extremely misleading. Firstly, the rooms are half the size and are not bright. Secondly, the tiny yard outside the kitchen is where the bins are kept and you can also smell the drains.

We bought a television unit directly from their company in Italy.
Was told when the shipment and delivery would take place. Delivery is free!!
We are so pleased with our unit, it took us a few hours to construct which we were not anticipating to do but it is quite simple to assemble.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a new sofa today hassle free. The member of staff was extremely helpful, polite and was able to answer any queries we had.
Overall, good quality sofas and good value. DFS keeps up with the time and offers a wide selection from classic to contemporary.

After having read endless reviews about this product, I decided to take the plunge and I was not disappointed!
I bought it for our electric shower which is not powerful and having this shower head gives a totally different experience
It's powerful and soft on your skin.
I truly recommend it.
However the delivery took 3 weeks instead of the 5/10 cited on the website

I cannot say anything about this as I have bought it for my grandson's birthday mid December.

I decided to purchase this after having read all of the positive reviews. Hopefully my grandson will enjoy it and it will give him hours of fun.

I treated myself to a Syphon coffee maker but the glass cracked . I emailed them 4 times and got no reply.

Expensive goods and very cheap service.

Doing Pilates at home via YouTube is now the norm for me as my classes for Pilates/reformer have been chrunk to size.
I am very pleased with this magic circle, it is well made and has a good resistance.
Excellent value for money.

I would recommend it strongly.
