A little complication along the way but they appeared to redeem themselves by getting it to me swiftly after the set back

For the first time ever I’ve had to use an RMA on a Corsair product using their lifetime warranty on some DDR4 that finally gave in after 5 years of solid use nearly everyday for 6 hours plus.

The emails they sent with instructions on what to do were clear and very helpful and after contacting them to ask about the process and my eagerness to get back gaming some legend called Will stepped in to try speed the process up a little for me so I can carry on fragging, great customer service and very much appreciated, thank you Will ☺️

Normally DPD are brilliant but said delivery due within an hour slot then near the end it said changed to monday as you requested which was bull, no driver made it to the door so obviously the driver couldnt be arsed to deliver today and changed the date while ringing to complain some south african woman said the sender requested it to come monday instead....right, 10 mins before the end of the hour slot they rang and requested this...what a crock of s**t, absolute joke and a waste of my day off

Haven’t used them for a while now as have used a competitor I found to have better rates but hopefully after checking back recently they look to be trying to make a comeback, time and effort will tell but as far as operations on the site go I can’t fault them and have been with them for many years.
